Hot yoga is a form of yoga practiced in a heated environment. The room temperature during hot yoga is typically above normal room temperature, ranging between 80–100°F (26.6–37.7°C). The practice of hot yoga aims to create a more intense workout by combining the benefits of yoga postures with the effects of heat and humidity.
